We truly are a black belt school, developing students that are not only physically fit and can defend themselves, but we are also experts in bringing out the best in people. We understand the importance of strong values, self-esteem, and social skills. Our students quickly develop confidence, courtesy, self-esteem, pride and the ability to control themselves both physically and mentally.

They give their best and are dedicated to the growth and progress of their students.  Our Bridgewater facility is a beautiful climate controlled 1800 square feet with modern equipment throughout.

 Our workout area was designed by Zebra Mats for safety and proper support.  We understand that you want to be a careful shopper and research the best school for you or your family member. We only suggest that since we know your child's instructor will have such a powerful impact on his or her life that you simply give us a chance to show you our program.  No, we are not the least expensive school in town. In fact we may be the most expensive. However, once you see our school and meet our professional team, we are sure you will agree we are also the best.
